Avrohom Wasserman, a Crown Heights resident who was active in community affairs, passed away Friday, 5 Adar, 5770.
He suffered from a short illness.
He served one term on the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council and ran for the 35th District seat on the New York City Council.
The Levaya will take place on Motzoei Shabbos, 8:00pm at Shomrei Hadas and passing by 770 Eastern Parkway at 8:30pm. It will be taken from there to Israel.
