Rabbi Chef David will inspire participants to embrace natural culinary methods while sharing with them moral and spiritual lessons for every day life.
Rabbi Chef David Trakhtman is the owner and the mastermind behind Passionate Deli in Melbourne, Australia. Using a combination of innovative and traditional techniques, David creates delectable dishes with only natural ingredients.
With an emphasis on healthy, balanced cuisine, his food is flavorsome, texturally diverse and appealing to the eye. Yet, his most unique talent consists of his profound approach to understanding food and its correlation to spirituality.
On Sunday, Rabbi Chef David will demonstrate three fabulous dishes:
Banana coconut & lime cake (gluten and dairy free)
Chicken breast, cooked in its own juice with whole garlic, lemon and honey
Rice pilaf with dill and almonds
The class is for Women only and admission is free.
