it’s a real shame that the camp has no funding from any Shliach/Gvir, and so the Bochurim have to do all that on their own:(
I can’t think of any other camp in the WORLD that the director shuts down the camp (due to lack of funding), and the staff then decide to raise all the money on their own! SUCH DEDICATION!!
Major Thanks To Benny. I’ve been a staff member in Yeka for the best 4 years and it truly is amazing. Its sad that camp alot of times is the only good time these kids have the whole year. This year the staff took on to raise the 70,000 grand needed to make camp happen.
