Mrs. Alice Ben-Abou, a longtime Crown Heights resident, passed away on Shabbos, 4 Adar, 5780.
She was 70.
Mrs. Ben-Abou and her husband Ascher lived in Crown Heights for many years, where they raised a beautiful family. Her children are known in Crown Heights for their generous support of the needy and many schools and organizations in the neighborhood. She was a very devoted and loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband Ascher Ben-Abou and children Iris Sherman – Crown Heights, Ayala Maman– Israel, Shimon Benabou – Crown Heights, Itzik Benabou – Crown Heights, Smadar Veizman – Crown Heights, grandchildren and great-children.
She was predeceased by her daughter Dorit Giro obm of Crown Heights.
The levaya will take place Sunday, leaving Shomrei Hadas in Boro Park at 10 am and passing by 770 at 11 am.
Shiva will be at 523 Crown Street.
