‘Aka Pella’ Group Spoofs Ya’alili

Sefardi vs. Israeli
August 9, 2012 11:30 pm

Really funny song, but the distinctions must be made between Sefardi and Israeli, e.g. Jewish Star, which is for both American Ashkenazim and Sefardim, vs. Kochav Nolad which is the Israeli secular version of American Idol. Also, have you heard a Sefardi ever say Labri’ut, “eizeh why why”, or “lehitra’ot”? Again, that’s the Israelis – both Ashkenazim and Sefardim. Nevertheless, awesome song!

according to some poskim, you are even allowed to listen to music during sefira as long as its not a live band.

Just because sounds are made by a human and then mixed, does that make it permitted to be listened to during sefirah?
