About.com has nominated Friendship Circle of Michigan as a finalist for a Readers Choice Award for Favorite Special Needs Regional Resource.
Five special-needs regional resources have been selected to vie for a 2012 Readers’ Choice Award. The organization with the most votes will be the About.com Favorite Regional Resource.
While there is no cash rewards for this contest, the winner of the Readers Choice Award will receive a lot of publicity and recognition. About.com is the 35th biggest website in the U.S and owned by the New York Times.
“If Friendship Circle wins this voting contest it will be a huge Kiddush Lubavitch,” says Rabbi Tzvi Schectman, Family Coordinator at Friendship Circle in West Bloomfield which has grown into an international network.
