The famed Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch of Brunoy is opening its doors this summer to bochurim learning in other yeshivos.
As in previous years, in keeping with the Rebbe’s wishes, the learning in the Brunoy Yeshiva will continue throughout the summer months. In order to get away from the heat for a bit, and for a refreshing change of scenery, the entire student body along with all the staff will spend three weeks in the French Alps.
There, amid the scenic views and beautiful climate, the regular learning of the Yeshiva will continue, interspersed with weekly trips and various opportunities for outdoor activities and exercise.
This year, the Brunoy Yeshiva invites students learning in other yeshivos throughout the year to join as well, either for the first month of the summer (when the yeshiva will be in the Alps,) or for the second month, or both.
Chassidishe bochurim interested in spending their summer learning and farbrenging in an exceptionally enjoyable European atmosphere, are invited to contact the Yeshiva and apply to join the “Yeshiva Summer” program.
Places are limited. For details and to enroll, click here.
Speak to your son’s menahel. Many yeshivas will work with you so long as the program you are opting for meets their standards. Many menahalim understand that some boys need a change of scenery and come back with renewed vigor afterwards.
i was there for a summer and it was from the best summers of my life
Most other mesivtos have their own required yeshivas kayitz programs. I’d love to send our son to this Brunoy summer program, but don’t want to get his participation put into questionable status if he were to have to miss yeshivas kayitz from his own mesivta….
Any advice?
