Dear…
Allow me to share a few words a praise and gratitude for the excellent program you have provided for our son Yossi.
The Mesivta of Jacksonville has provided him a tremendous growth experience on many levels. He acquired the tools needed to take his learning to the next level while, at the same time, developing a love of learning and an eagerness to gain the skill and insight to learn on his own.
While he has progressed steadily in his learning, he has gleaned a great deal in terms of hashkafah, from the yeshiva’s talented and insightful senior Rabbi Yosef Kahanov.
The bochurim likewise benefited from the guidance of the many devoted shluchim, who were there to counsel and help them with learning, organizing activities and farbrengens, as well as Shabbatons in various affiliated Chabad houses in the area.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of the Rebbetzin, Mrs. Rivka Kahanov, the bochurim were ensured a safe and secure yeshiva b’gashmius. This maximized the success of the experience for them.
The fact that the yeshiva is situated in a very warm and welcoming community, of which they become fast a part of, helped to farther complete the growth experience. They not only got the learning but the ability to put what they have learned into practice.
From giving over a d’var Torah at a Shabbos table where they were a guest, to helping out with “Cafe Chabad” on Tuesday nights and the many other Chabad activities, the bocuhrim were involved in. This is not something they can easily receive in a larger yeshiva or in a place where they have minimal, if any, interaction with the community.
In Jacksonville, a bochur has the chance to grow and develop in a relaxed and nurturing environment. He is given the opportunity to discover his talents and abilities and then to use them to find himself and his place in the larger community.
Respectfully,
Mrs. L.W.
The Yeshiva is now accepting a limited number of applications for next year.

Go mendy spielman you are the best .
It’s the first yeshiva that is high standard and an amazing program all the good yeshivas Theese days are all low level in learning
Very few people have gone to Jacksonville just once…almost everyone who goes finds a way to make it back there…it is the warmest and most welcoming community out there…
In Jacksonville they say it how it is. NO P.C! What needs to be said is said and what needs to done is done…
Yasher Koach Rabbi and Rebbitzin Kahanov!!
Spent a shabbos there. The bochurim I could see were mamash loving every second of it. Enough credit isn’t given to the shluchim!
So nice to see! congratulations it should be the start of something very special!!!
i remember when i was in mesivtah i was dying for such a place thats both small with private attention at the same time holds the bucherim to a high standard in my days all the small yeshivahs were for lower level bucherim its the first time i wish i can go back to mesivtah 🙂
thiis sounds like the type of yeshiva whose arival is long overdue. I hope it is actually all it is chalked up to be.
I personally know some of the boys who were there last year, its amazing to see what they were able to accomplish… Finally someone is thinking “out of the box”… Kol hakavod!
they do things right and stand up for emes.
As someone who has been to Jacksonville on several occasions, I can tell you first hand that whatever the Kahanov’s are involved with is done right. If you are planning to send your son to this yeshiva you can rest assured that he will be in excellent hands! Hatzlacha Rabba
Finally someone is doing something about the chinuch situation! this is a GREAT concept! these guys seem like they really know what they’re doing. HATZLACHA RABBA!!!
For a Yeshiva to be so good its first year only tells of what is to come. It seems like the place to be
Looks like very nice campus. Which probably adds to the comfortable experience of the boys year when the Gashmius is nice as well… Rivky Kahanov is a great cook… Does she do the cooking? If it’s up to the Kahanov’s, I’m sure the boys are taken care of very well over there…
i was with one the shluchim’s uncles in the מ’s (or was it the נ’s already – time mamash flies) and he was such an amazing person to be with. i saw this boy, his פּלימעניק-nephew at a chabad house in monroe i think. SUCH a pintele bochur, making the rebbe proud each and every day. He rocked jacksonville I believe i heard too! He manifested such pride in the bochurim! kato
My son went there he had the most AMAIZING YEAR thank you Rabbi Kahanov and to your wife and the shuluchim. For all the amazing things that you did for our son.
