After spending thousands of hours of learning over the past four years, covering all major parts of the four sections of the Shulchan Aruch, and after successfully completing the required sixteen tests, Rabbis Shmaya Krinsky, Ahron Liberow, and Yenon Kupchick were the first to complete the program and be ordained Yoreh Yoreh Yodin Yodin in the entire Shulchan Aruch. More are expected to reach this milestone in the coming year.
This revolutionary program starting a few years ago with a small group of Bochurim receiving periodical Shiurim from Rosh HaYeshiva Rabbi Zalman Labkowsky, and Rabbi Yaakov Gurwitz serving as the group’s Meishiv, has since grown with the help of a generous donor, to include dozens of Bochurim and Yungerlight learning in 770 and in the various Kollel’s in Crown Heights and beyond.
The program is currently under a new administration and is open to the general public, including Shluchim and businessmen who are looking for a structure in their learning of Halacha. There will be an option for remote testing and Shiurim via Zoom. For registration and for dedication opportunities they can be reached at [email protected].
The program curriculum includes the following Halachos:
Orach Chaim: Krias Sefer Torah, Netilas Yodaim, Betzias Hapas, Brachos Shebiseudah, Mayim Achronim, Birkas Hamazon, Birkas Hapeiros, Seder Birkas Hanehenin, Shabbos and Eiruvin.
Yoreh Deah: Melicha, Basar Bechalav, Taarovos, Maacholei Akum, Hechsher Keilim, Nosen Taam Lipgam, Ribis and Mikvaos.
Even Haezer: Priyah Urviah (Yuchsin and Agunos), Kidushin and Gittin.
Choshen Mishpat: Dayanim, Eidus, Toen Venitan and Nachalos.
As well as portions of various Seforim relevant to the above topics.

It’s says in the article: “After spending thousands of hours of learning … covering ‘all major parts’ of the four sections of the Shulchan Aruch, … and be ‘ordained’ Yoreh Yoreh Yodin Yodin in the ‘entire’ Shulchan Aruch…” They only were ‘ordained’, but to actually pasken in Hilchos Yom Tov they obviously will need to learn those halachos. Similar applies to all other halachos in Shulchan Aruch. For example to actually become a Dayan in a beis din, they will need to learn the entire 427 simanim of Choshen Mishpat with Tur, Beis Yosef, Ktzos, Nesivos, Pitchei Teshuavah and many… Read more »
