The 2020 year has taken a heavy toll on the kosher restaurant industry as city and state officials banned all indoors dining for months. Fears of contacting the coronavirus and the erratic health regulations led some 56 kosher eateries to close down, according to GreatKosherRestaurants.com.
The good news is that 102 more are being opened – either already operating or will be opening their doors in 2021. A few of them are taking over the ones that were closed. Please note: This list isn’t definitive and we didn’t verify the kashrus standards of each establishment.
