Bochurim in 35 Yeshivas around the world will be gathering Tuesday evening to learn in the merit of Rabbi Akiva Wagner, Rosh Yeshivas Lubavitch in Toronto.
Rabbi Wagner, a beloved Rosh Yeshiva for many years who has influenced many hundreds of students, has been diagnosed with an illness. Many are reciting Tehillim and adding in prayers for the recovery of Akiva Gershon ben Rochel Basya.
Alumni students of Rabbi Wagner have organized learning around the world in his merit, to take place tonight, Tuesday, in each Yeshiva at approximately 9:00 pm.
Participating Yeshivas include Toronto Mesivta, Toronto Zal, Coral Springs Mesivta, Miami Zal, Klurman Mesivta, Baltimore Zal, Los Angeles Mesivta, Los Angeles Zal, London Zal, Tzfat Tzeirei Hashluchim Mesivta, New Haven Zal, New Haven Mesivta, Chicago Mesivta, Cincinnati Mesivta, Toras Emes Yerushalayim, Brunoy Mesivta, Brunoy Zal, Monsey Mesivta, Melbourne Mesivta YC, Melbourne Zal YG, Choivevei Mesivta, Chovevei – Toimchei Zal, Choivevei – Achei Zal, Oholei Torah Zal, Oholei Torah Mesivta, Queens Mesivta, Westchester Mesivta, Detroit Mesivta, Jets Zal, Wilkes-Barre Zal, and Hamptons Mesivta.
As its very clear that when we work together B’achdus like the Rebbe always wanted, things work out great.
Hasem should bless in the merit of learning all over/around the world rabbi Wagner shuld fully recover now! There is a story of a chosid from a Europe region who had a health issue. Samutaninusl upon an animal havung this same health issue in animals its debated, in Halocoh between the Ramoh (ashkenaz Posek of European countries) and the Bais yoosef (spharady Posek of isreal).
