A Matzah cover woven with material that belonged to the wives of the 6th and 7th Lubavitcher Rebbes is being sold to benefit a Chabad women organization in Israel.
The clusters of green grapes and green leaves on the cover were made from a piece of material Rebbetzin Nechama Dina Schneersohn, wife of the Frierdiker Rebbe, gave as a gift to the late Chossid Rabbi Sholom Chaskind of Tel Aviv.
The two candlesticks and wine cups were made from material that the Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson gave to Mrs. Leah Kahn of Crown Heights, who was very close to the Rebbetzin and a second cousin of hers.
Nshei Ubnos Chabad in Israel, which is selling the covers, said each will be sold for $3,000 (may be purchased with up to 10 payments).
“We have no doubt that these two precious materials, with their special Kedusha, will bring the special holy environment to the Leil Haseder, and many Brochos to you,” Nshei director Mrs. Devorah Butman told COLlive.com.

There is a famous answer/comment from the Rebbe to one of the (I think) N’Shei publications where it showed two candlesticks and the Rebbe stated they should add a third so that it would be know for sigle girls also to light aswell. To increase the light.
There are letters from the rebbe indicating to always include a small candle next to the 2 big candlesticks in pictures and drawings.
Reason is to educate people that single girls should light too!

Lived in Tel Aviv, but for many years till he passed away lived in CH across from 770. He is seen holding the Frierdiker Rebbe’s chair back at a function the Rebbe attended.

Looks like they’re meant to resemble the Rebbetzin’s (two) candlesticks.
Why wouldn’t they have made it with 3 candlesticks?
