In celebration of the landmark 70th anniversary of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s leadership (Yud Shevat 1950-2020), Rabbi Simon Jacobson is launching his newest initiative, “I Have Come Into My Garden: Revolutionary Principles that Can Transform Your Life and the World,” a series of empowering programs aimed at inspiring both Jews and non-Jews across the world to internalize the Rebbe’s vision and mission and take practical steps to bring it into fruition.
As a bestselling author, international lecturer, and Director of the Meaningful Life Center, Rabbi Jacobson is best known for making the Rebbe’s teachings accessible to hundreds of thousands around the globe via his bestselling book Toward a Meaningful Life, which has sold close to half a million copies and been translated into 14 languages.
Rabbi Jacobson says, “as a true visionary, the Rebbe laid out a remarkable, comprehensive approach to dealing with issues of our times, and manifest G-d’s timeless vision for the world, and the Torah’s Divine blueprint for society, with the goal of bringing personal and global redemption.”
His newest initiative will launch with a series of groundbreaking educational programs addressing people from all walks of life, from the initiated to the secular. Each explores a different dimension of the Rebbe’s transformational teachings—ideas that the Rebbe both passionately championed and personally modeled—that continue to have a profound impact on our lives and the world seven decades after the Rebbe assumed leadership of the Chabad Movement.
Here’s the breakdown of the three not-to-be-missed programs that will be taking place this week. All of these programs will be live-streamed on www.chassidusapplied.com/

A Vision for the 21st Century: Become a LEADER: Six Revolutionary Principles that Can Transform Your Life.
Using the acronym LEADER, this global webcast will delve into six revolutionary principles that both embody the true meaning of leadership and teach us how each one of us can become leaders in our own right and transform our lives, our communities, and the world from the inside out.
The name of the initiative, “I Have Come Into My Garden,” is the opening verse of the Rebbe’s inaugural Chassidic discourse, “Basi L’Gani,” which details our mission as the “seventh generation” from Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi, the founder of Chabad Chassidus. “The objective of this initiative,” says Rabbi Jacobson, “is to help us all embrace—and actualize—the urgent mission that the Rebbe passionately laid out in that first ma’amar: ‘to draw down the divine presence to earth,’ and turn the world into the beautiful garden it was always meant to be. Because in the Rebbe’s words: ‘it’s all up to us’.”
Great to hear that the powerhouses and superstars are coming out in full force to honor the Rebbe’s 70 years and actualize the Rebbe’s mission! I’m looking forward to being inspired and moved to action. It’s about time.
Can’t imagine how much time, energy and hard work this must take. Wishing you hatzlacha l’maaleh min hameshuar.
