On Monday night, Yeshiva Schools of Pittsburgh held its second annual Wholly Chinuch event, to raise awareness and funds for their pioneering wellness division.
The show was preceded by a VIP reception, where donors had the opportunity to participate in a meet and greet with the Wholly Chinuch’s presenters and performers.
The audience, both live and virtual, enjoyed a discussion between Rabbi Shimon Russell LCSW and Rabbi Yossi Rosenblum on how to practice wellness in our yeshiva day schools.
Rabbi Russell was joined by his wife Yocheved in a roundtable discussion moderated by Rabbi Aaron Herman where the couple tackled various questions on parenting.
Recording Artist Tali Yess dazzled the crowd with a couple of soul stirring performances, and the event was capped off with an exciting “RAPID FIRE” round with Rabbi Russsell.
The remarkable evening, which was watched by thousands of people around the globe, helped Yeshiva Schools surpass their goal of $600,000, and donations are still being made.
