Riki Farkash was a beloved and beautiful young woman with Down syndrome, who during her life, devoted herself to helping children and adults with special needs.
Riki passed away four years ago at the age of 27, and her extended family around the world has founded a home in Jerusalem in her memory, to carry on her legacy of love and care for individuals with special needs.
Riki’s home serves 100 girls with Down syndrome, ages 18 and up, with services, shabbatons, summer camp, activities and more.
Over 200 volunteers help out to provide services for these special girls. The home provides the highest level of care for the young women, and is the fulfillment of Riki’s dream.
Today is our chance to give back to Riki and to show the children and individuals with special needs that we can give without limits.
