The Menachem Education Foundation (MEF) is excited to partner with COLlive and schools across North America to offer two meaningful and timely parenting webinars—designed to support families as they prepare their children for a confident, connected, and growth-filled summer and beyond. These are the final installments in a series of five parent webinars that MEF offered this year.
The first webinar, “Raising Kids RIGHT” with veteran educator Mrs. Dena Gorkin, will take place today, Tuesday, May 20 – כ”ב אייר at 8:30 PM EST. In this session, Mrs. Gorkin will share practical tools for raising children who are emotionally resilient, intellectually curious, kind, happy, and deeply connected to Torah values.
The second webinar, “Sending Confident & Resilient Children to Camp” with Rabbi Zalmy Kudan, is scheduled for Sunday, June 15 ~ י”ט סיון. Rabbi Kudan, a Mechanech who has also been training camp staff for years, will guide parents in helping their children enter camp with confidence, build friendships, and thrive in a new environment. “This has been a dream of mine,” Rabbi Kudan shared. “Getting parents and staff on the same page to support their children sets the stage for the ultimate camp experience—not just for the kids, but for the parents and staff as well.”
Each webinar is typically $18 to attend, but parents from partner schools—and COLlive readers—can join for free using the code COL at mymef.org/parent.
