A 14-year-old Jewish boy was robbed by a group of 4 men as he walked to school on Thursday morning in Crown Heights.
The mugging occurred in front of 599 Empire Boulevard, when 4 Hispanic males pushed the victim up against a tree while one held out a knife, and one of the other men went through his pockets, the victim told police.
The boy was not injured, and nothing was taken from the victim, the NYPD said.
The victim was interviewed by police, who canvassed the area of the crime and nearby areas.
Police are waiting for access to video footage from the scene.

CH Needs more Lubavitchers to Volunteer with Shmira & Shomrim.
It’s time for the community council or whoever has the ability to do something. Lately, there are a lot of breakings in cars in our community and in others as well. I personally saw 2 hoodlums passing a car on Albany and breaking the Back window of a parked car and calmly walking off as if nothing happened. BH the boy was unharmed ( physically ). Looks like it’s time to ask the Guardian Angels to come back – but they should be given more than hot coffee – we, as a grateful community, should donate generously to their organization. And to our own Shomrim & Shmira too !!
