120 Israel-born Chabad bochurim learning in the Kvutza program in the Central Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim – 770 traveled together for a special visit at the Rebbe’s Ohel.
The overflow crowd of bochurim packed into two buses, with many having to catch rides and Ubers, for the fourth week of a 6-week project to visit the Ohel once a week ahead of Gimmel Tammuz.
The bochurim traveled to the Old Montefiore Cemetery with permission of the Yeshiva’s hanhalah as a preparation for Gimmel Tammuz.
At the Ohel, the bochurim learned together the Rebbe’s sicha from Chelek Chof Gimmel, Parshas Beha’aloscha.
Many of the bochurim used the opportunity to daven at the Ohel and then davened Maariv.
They later joined an inspiring Chasidishe Farbrengen, with Rabbi Shmulik Avtzon, Mashpia in Yeshiva Tomchei Temimim 770.
They were then brought back to Crown Heights via the buses as well.
The buses were sponsored by the generous funding of Yossi and Nechama Katz and family, in honor of the Rebbe.
The project is being organized with the help of Menachem Benchemon of Visual-Torah.com.
