As the month of Tishrei quickly approaches, the “Adopt A Family fund – led and supervised by Rabbi Menachem M. Gluckowsky, is determined to do all that we can to ensure that 1,000 families of Chassidim and 30 Shluchim in Israel have all they need for the Yomim Tovim.
Unfortunately, this task is much greater then you can imagine. Due to rapidly rising food prices and a poor economy, more and more hard-working families of Chabad chassidim are falling below the poverty level, and stand a big chance of shamefully coming to an empty table this Rosh Hashana. Please realize that the number of families we can help this year depends solely on your generosity.
