You are incorrect. Many chassidim who were much greater than you davened well after chatzos, and there are legitimate grounds to do so. But not when you just rolled out of bed. THAT is the irony intended in the video.
It’s a Joke! Most legitimate minhag followers know that you need to daven before chatzos.

This is indeed meant to be funny, but it’s based on the fact that there are legitimate heterim to daven shachris after chatzos, IF AND ONLY IF one started preparing for davening at a reasonable time and it simply takes a long time. Chabad used to be well known for serious davening, taking many hours, especially on shabbos, so that people ended up saying shmone esrei of shachris well after chatzos. I think that is what we call humor.
But my son came home from Yeshiva also using “jack” as in “He doesn’t know jack” (he doesn’t know anything) — like, zero. He went to Oholei Torah, Lod, and Brunoy. Maybe “jack” has a different meaning in Hebrew or French? Keep these cute videos coming!
