How the Rebbe was so calm, patient, focused on each person, caring, so humble, so selfless, such bittul!
So present,
What a good image to keep in mind for how I want to be as a parent.
The Rebbe out of mikvah about to go to the Ohel who can imagine how preoccupied he surely was with everything none of us can fathom and here so patiently and lovingly (true quite serious) takes time with anyone and everyone and yet finds it important to waive at the end. WOW
This is the only video I have taken of The Rebbe. I do have some photos from the early 80’s but I havent reached that deep into my closet yet to find them
Mo Gelber, do you have more videos of the rebbe like this?
I shot this video in 1989. I have a hobby of candid video and candid photography so I always have a camera with me. I was walking on Albany Ave and saw the Rebbe exiting the mikvah building so I thought it would be interesting to make a video. There is alot more to this story, I recently gave a copy of this video to JEM so they could publicize it .
any idea who took this video and why its first being released now?
It’s amazing how the Nossi Hador never said no. Always giving giving giving.
The rawness makes it feel like you’re right there.
So much love!!!
Beautiful. That’s called being at the right place at the right time (with the right Rebbe)
Unlimited Ahavas Yisroel
