Chanukah at The Boat House Cafe’ with the Clifton Mayor and The Fun Bus delighted participants at Chabad of Passaic-Clifton’s Menorah lighting.
At Chabad of Passaic-Clifton’s Menorah lighting, over 100 people braved the cold and wind to watch a Chai Tots Preschool presentation and join in the public Menorah lighting.
Following the beautiful preschool presentation, which took place on the balcony of the local pond, a community Menorah Lighting Ceremony was held. Officials from the City attended; Shamosh ignited by the Clifton Mayor James Anzaldi, and lit by Howard Tepper, Vice President of St. Joseph’s Hospital, also a corporate sponsor of the event.
The highlighted entertainment for the evening had the children literally jumping on the Fun Bus and somersaulting to the Chanukah music, enjoying hot dogs, donuts and drinks served at The Boat House Cafe’.
Rabbi Yitzchak and Miriam Sebbag welcomed the participants of the Passaic- Clifton community as Rabbi Sebbag read the Rebbe’s letter.
