Rabbi Manis Friedman held a tele-seminar on Wednesday night, 24 Kislev – November 27, the first night of Chanukah.
The topic of the 30 minute inspirational call: “Did the Greeks learn Chassidus? And if they didn’t, how did they know to contaminate the oil?”
This call follows the outstanding success from the recent “Tishrei Inspiration” and “Narcissism is killing us” tele-seminars delivered by the renowned educator, lecturer and counselor.
Inspiration over the phone allows for people all over the world to join the live call and feel the energy of the international presence on the line. We have upgraded our system to allow for Skype users to access the call. The recording is made available for those who cannot join the live call.

Rabbi Friedman is as good as all the comments here suggest. But why does his web team use flash so iPad users are out of luck?! It’s a shame.
But yasherkoach anyway.
…….makes it sound like he is speaking directly and only for ME! how do you that Rabbi Friedman? I got so much out of it that seemed directly in tune with my life right now in Los Angeles. Thank you again for all that you do rabbi…..May G-d bless you and your family with all good and a Happy Chanukah to you.
Manis is a Chasid and a Chasid teaches Chassidus –
we don’t hear or see Yeshis and that is what is so amazing– and that is what is so inspiring. When a speaker is merely a gifted speaker – even if his message is a good one – but he is non of what he is delivering it sounds great when you are listening but as soon as you’re done hearing it has zero affect on the audience. With Manis it is the opposite. His audience walks away with resolve to improve and with a special chayus.
is a lifeline in a stormy ocean
Hashem should give Rabbi Friedman the Koach to continue what he’s doing in health and in happiness, along with his rebbetzin whose mesiras nefesh cannot be overlooked, while he travels the world teaching Chassidus. Truly the Rebbe’s soldiers!
Say what?
Seriously, what did you say?
May Hashem bless you with 1000x of bracha for all this great kindness of you!
So refreshing
Rabbis friedmans way of thinking and explaining things is amazing
The Greeks Just trashed the place!
Besides the greeks, romans, crusades, Nazi’s yimach shemom, knew alot about us. them even knew how to learn Gemara!
Rabbi Manis is the real deal. I was on the marriage call and it blew my mind and very literally changed my life. Lots of rabbis can speak very well, but Rabbi Manis comes accross like someone who really means it from his heart. At least that’s my impression. Thank you for doing what you are doing. You are making and delivering the Rebbe brand new chasidim, and we all owe you a great debt of gratitude.
for your continuous words of wisdom and inspiration!
Great title and it’s a question I always had, did the Greeks know what they were doing or is this the deeper explanation of their actions that even they didn’t know…
I’ll be there.
Love rabbi friedman and all those who work with him! Keep up the good work, in changing the lives of the masses for the better! May you receive your reward both in this world as well as the world to come!
Chabad and the whole Jewish world owes a great deal to a man who works tirelessly – and truly with Mesirus Nefesh mamosh – to teach chassidus to anyone with a willingness to learn. Count me among them. Thank you so much.
Always loved these courses, always will!
Thank you very much.
Rabbi Friedman has something new to say about a holiday that is very old.
Looking forward. Thank you Zalman and COL
