Dozens of communities will join a virtual Yud Aleph Nissan Farbrengen tonight, Thursday, 11 Nissan – March 25, at 8:00 PM EST in tribute to the Rebbe’s 108th birthday.
Known lecturer and spiritual leader of Congregation Bais Shmuel in Crown Heights, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Jacobson will be the speaker.
It is being broadcast on TheYeshiva.net and COLlive.com.
Some of the themes to be explored:
1. The Rebbe?s revolutionary approach to the split??Yachatz??in the Jewish world.
2. How the Rebbe solved his dilemma how to deal with secular Jews.
3. When the Rebbe sent Menachem Begin to France to talk to a young Jewish girl.

I was fortunate to “tune” in to the entire farbrengen. How beautiful, the singing, teaching, story-telling all woven together by the unique Rabbi YY Jacobson.
