Judge Allows Chabad to Pursue Russian Assets Until Books Are Freed

U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth gave Chabad the green light to identify and seize assets of the Russian government to pay the sanctions for refusing to hand over the books, known as the Schneerson Collection. Its nice to win monetary – but how are we getting the Seforim back?! What kind of rejoicing us this?

Is to force them to return the seforim. When they start losing assets, one by one, they will realize that it’s costing them real money to keep them, so they’ll give them back.
