Oy, neboch. That’s not a “do it yourself” cleanup and maintenance job.
That needs proper drying and disinfecting to prevent mold growth. If it’s sewer water it’s a health hazard.
The electrical wiring and/or devices need inspection and maintenance or replacement.
Looks like a job for a reputable restoration company. Not cheap!
If any of the water backed up from the sewer system there may be a claim with the City.
