Newly established Yeshivas Kayits Oros Menachem in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, recently completed its first summer.
The camp is directed by Rabbi Mendel Hershkop, Rabbi Chaim Polter and Rabbi Yossi Schulman.
The talmidim spent their summer learning, davening, farbrenging and enjoying fascinating shiurim by dedicated staff.
Trips included paintball, ATVing, bowling, ice skating, overnights, hiking, and whitewater rafting.
The also had a learning incentive program where talmidim who spent extra time learning went on an overnight trip to Niagara Falls.
The grand banquet was held Tuesday, and included awards and special mention for those who excelled in davening, learning and overall chassidishe conduct.
On the way back from the program, the bochurim stopped by the Rebbe’s Ohel in Queens, to tell the Rebbe about the summer, and to ask for brachos for success for the upcoming year.
