Zev Aryeh Glick, the Chabad baby boy who was pulled from a swimming pool in New York’s Catskills, has tragically passed away on Tuesday, 2 Av 5773.
He was 22 months old.

In Crown Heights, where his parents live, a children’s rally was held on Monday praying for his recovery.
He is survived by his parents Zalman and Nechama Glick (nee Schmerling), siblings Mussia, Tzivia and Levi, and grandparents Rabbi Avrohom and Chaya Raizel Glick of Melbourne, Australia, and Mrs. Channie Schmerling of Switzerland.
The Levaya will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, leaving Shomrei Hadas at 10:00 am and passing by 770 at 10:45 am.
Shiva will be at 715 Eastern Parkway #2

Dear Glick family,
We are davening for you and will continue to beseech Hashem for mashiach; a time when you will be reunited with your precious little boy . Until then, may Hashem comfort you and shower you with revealed good.
We have accepted hachlatos liylui nishmas Zev Aryeh’s special neshama . We feel your pain , and are crying with you .
Hamakom yenachem eschem
May der eibershter be with you to give u strength in this difficult time. Shocked to read this tonight. Vhikitzu vraninu shoichnei ofor. Rabbi u are my role model.
My heart goes out to you Zalman, Nechama and family – may you be truly comforted very, very soon with the coming of Moshiach immediately…
Oy gevalt! ad mosai! Let the 9 days be days of simcha once and for all! Hamokom Ynachem eschem btoch shaarai avolai tzion vyirushalayim!
like the others there are no words, horribly sad… i wish we can make a hachloto which will increase Hashem’s protectioon on us such as not talking when the chazen is davening or laining,. i didn’t know until lately how risky it is to talk in shul and then there is achdus and tsnius which i can improve.. can’t we all take a tiny step forward in an area we know we are lacking which we know drives away Hashem’s bountiful brochos etc.
im so sorry to hear.
we need moshaich and thats it.
Im taking on a hachlata leilui nishmaso, and to tragedies.
1) to do my part in bringing achdus which is more self control in stopping myself from talking about people negatively
2) having more self control with wasting time on internet
hashem should comfort you with Moshiach Now
You want to know how it happened? Ask Hashem! He orchestrated it from beginning to end!!!!! If we are to point fingers it should be pointed at Him!!!!! No, I am not an apikores, a regular Lubavitcher who doesn’t understand how much longer and what more the aibishter wants from us, The fact that yidden keep anything after all we are being put through makes us absolutely worthy of Moshiach! As the Rebbe himself said “vifill ah shiur shepen nachas?” from the mitzvohs we do (inspite of what we are put through!)
May you know only happiness!!! I love u!
