A group of students visiting from Moscow joined a Yud Shvat farbrengen with Shliach Rabbi Moshe Chaim Levin of Chabad of Kensington in Brooklyn.
Participants said L’chaim, sang nigunim, and heard many powerful Chassidic stories.
Rabbi Levin shared his personal experience of how he met up with some visiting tourists who were sent by the Rebbe to Moscow in the 1970s, and how he was followed by the KGB that entire day, only managing to escape from their watch at 2 am.
