This sweet little girl’s name is Shira, she’s only seven years old.
Shira is one of twin girls, she was a born with many medical problems which required many painful procedures and many complicated surgeries in the last 7 years.
Shira is not a girl that gives up, she’s the one that despite everything is all smiles and captures everyone’s heart around her.
In the last few weeks her situation got worse and she cannot eat or drink from her mouth, her esophagus is completely not functioning and there’s no connection between her mouth and her stomach. She is hospitalized and fed through tubes and IVs. Shira is begging and praying to G-d for a complete miracle that once and for all will end her suffering, so she can eat like all the other boys and girls.
It is critical that Shira fly to the United States to get an advanced and very complicated procedure by a very known surgeon Boston, who is a specialist in the field.
Her parents are devastated and broken and cannot see their little daughter suffering any more, however they can’t afford all the expenses that are involved in flying her to Boston and all the other expenses around it. Both parents had to be completely involved in their daughter’s medical situation and did not work for many weeks and will not be able to get back to work for many months, this situation has a very severe financial effects on the family and the other 2 sisters.
They have no choice but to ask for your help.
With your generous help Shira will be able to get the best medical care and return to normal life and good health. And her parents and sisters will be able to get through this difficult time without the devastating financial effects on their family.
