The Chabad House of Stamford, Connecticut, created a Chanukah Wonderland in a donated storefront in downtown Stamford.
Exciting crafts, games, multimedia, a visit from Judah the Macabee and great food was enjoyed by participants.
Later that day, despite pouring rain, over 50 people gathered to watch a 6 foot Menorah being carved out of ice and the lighting of a giant menorah together with new the mayor of Stamford, Michael Pavia.
