The Trump White House will hold an in-person Chanukah party, a day before the first night of the holiday.
An invitation has been sent out from “The President and Mrs. Trump,” for a reception to be held on December 9 at 3 pm, COLlive has learned.
President Trump has held two Chanukah parties each year of his presidency, with hundreds of Jewish donors and supporters in attendance.
The annual events include a glatt kosher meal under the strict rabbinical supervision of Rabbi Levi Shemtov of the Lubavitch Center of Washington DC (Chabad) in cooperation with the Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington.
Various Chabad Rabbis have been honored with reciting the blessings on the Menorah, including Rabbi Zvi Boyarsky, Rabbi Avrohom Richter and Rabbi Avraham Friedman.
