While all the Lubavitcher Rebbes are the Rebbes of all generations – and we learn the Torah of all of the Rebbes – each generation has its own unique purpose and focus.
On Erev Yud Shevat, take this quiz to see how connected you may be to the Rebbe’s generation.
Answer eight questions, and get your result.

Got the Mittler Rebbe!
should begin using this standardized, personality-chasidishality testing for prospective matchmaking!
(hint hint COL)
I find it odd that somebody inform me about which books I like to read. I guess I have no idea what my hobbies are, what I like, I probably don’t even know who I am. So, yeah, leave it up to my shadchan to tell me who I want to marry, and leave it up to a cyber-test to tell me which rebbe I follow.
I find it even stranger for a self-thinking human to actually believe what he is told about himself.
Fortunately, I know which seforim I have a preference for (I can read, by the way)
I got the rayatz and my husband got the mittler rebbe ,,,
Why is everyone taking this do seriously? It’s just for fun.
I got the rebbe
I personally didn’t do the test, but it would be good to remember that we all are Chassidim of the Rebbe, even if you ‘identify’ or whatever with a particular Rebbe
i got the Rebbe Rayatz!
To the creator of this game. Nice job! Like the rebbe told us, why is a radio tamei? Air a tanya shiur and make it tahor.
To all the negative comments, seriously dont think too much into it. A harmless game that makes u think about different aspects of chassidus is hardly a reason to put someone elses hard work down. You are right the rebbeim are all our rebbeim. A shtick like this isnt changing that fact
have a wonderful day
Thank you everyone. Yes indeed, everyone who liked this quiz would most likely be interested in Chassidic Adventure Classics! Next I’ll create the following quiz: “How Chassidish are You?” (o:
please make a quiz to see how chassidish boys/girls are, thank you.
Similar style to the chassidic adventure classics – incidentally written by the same author.
This was so cute 🙂
Got my whole family thinking
And we know it’s just a harmless quiz and doesn’t mean we are actually connected more one than the other
Also very modern- you are opening floodgates to Chassidishe creativity
it was very nice except i got the friediker rebbe all the time, and i switched it around
THE REBBE our rebbe
Can you make a quiz on how chassidshe you are???
Can someone please tell us where we can buy that picture from?? Its a beautiful one! Please!!?
1. Other then entertainment, what is the purpose to this quiz?
2. What is the quiz in fact suggesting and what does it mean by saying that you relate to this Rebbe the most?
3. What are the practical implications?
From chessed to malchus, which midda are you
I enjoyed your game. Thanks for taking the time to create and post it. We are all connected to the Rebbe and through him and by virtue of being a Lubavitcher, to all our Rabbeim. It is not relevant “who you got” (I got the Rebbe) and is a harmless, thought provoking, enjoyable game. Thanks!
My immediate reaction to this is confusion and a little shock – this is very, very strange. Even if it is “cute” or “modern” it is definitely not the chassidishe way. Although we sing all the Rebbeim’s niggunim etc, the Rebbe of OUR generation is our Rebbe, who is “mimaleh makom” and a hemshech of all previous Rebbeim (Rebbe’s words, not mine). It is silly and not real chassidishkeit to try connecting to previous Rebbeim, rather we should connect to our Rebbe with the avodah of today. I definitely don’t see it leading to true chassidishkeit, and while that doesn’t… Read more »
Who is the artist of the painting in this article?
Gets you thinking. All positive thoughts. The answer Tzemach Tzedek.
I liked this !
Glad everyone enjoyed the quiz! I got the Mittler Rebbe. (o:
Actually you don’t always got the Rebbe, but I did 🙂
really cute quiz and ncie
to most of the posts / comments here.. Please refer to the Farbrengen on 24′ Teves 1962 (5723) where the rebbe explains how all the rabbaim are one, no difference between one and the other.. point of interest when the Rebbe requested to sing all the Negunim of each one of the rabbaim, 1) the rebbe requested to announce each rebbe and the song.. listen clearly you hear the rebbe singing along with each one of the songs much more then any other time.. at one point in the Farbrengen the Rebbe said ” un da is der Alte Rebbe”… Read more »

I got the alta Rebbe
Moshe Y Friedman
…but doesnt work. i got the rebbe (not complaining) but the paragraph under it about charisma and influence is way off & has no connection to my answers
this is incredibly Hatchokeh! its amazing!
Hatchokeh Rabtai Beyoser!
Thank you.Very, very clever. Nice use of your talent. I bet you got the Rebbe too. 🙂
in a way it comes out very true
I got the Rebbe Rayatz 🙂
Of course we relate to all of our Rabeim, they are all our spritiual fathers. Nevertheless we each connect on a different level, and have different personalities inherited.
I got Maharash 🙂
Thank You for making this!!! And true everyone should get the rebbe so if not focus on moshiacj!!!
no matter what answers you choose
i agree me and the person near me got the rebbe
We have one Rebbe.
Dor Hashvi’i.
We have the zchus to be chosen as the Rebbes generation.
See Maamar Bosi legani 5711
I love The Rebbe; and, of course I love them all! How blessed are we to have them!!
Don’t think this is a post from a chassid of our rebbe. We all shayich to one rebbe and through him to the others.
These aren’t my words , rather words spoken by the rebbe many times
I got the Rebbe 🙂
Thanks for taking the time to make this.
So cute!!
This is not the way the Rebbe taught us
All the nesi’im are one continuation
In any case, each generation is given the leader that most suites it
Therefore every person today takes after the Rebbe, whether he has yet realized that or not
This is very cool and modern
Can we do this on FB?
We relate to all seven REBBEIM
thank you so much
