In celebration of the Rebbe’s 120th birthday, Chabad of Long Island hosted a gala event at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Nassau County, Long Island.
As the keynote address, noted orator and Five Towns shliach, Rabbi Shais Taub, delivered a unique presentation in the breathtaking IMAX theater where he used the aviation theme of the museum as a powerful parallel for explaining the Rebbe’s influence.
Rabbi Taub traced the breakthroughs of the past 120 years from the Wright Brothers’ first 12-second flight to the advent of space tourism and compared them to the way in which the Rebbe’s seemingly impossible dream was made increasingly real and will soon culminate into the coming of Moshiach.
A novel and very real way to bring the Rebbe’s life into perspective!
