It’s not AFTER Kos Shel Brocho. FIRST the Rebbe made Havdolo and drank the wine, then more wine was added to the wine left in the Becher and the first people starting receiving Kos Shel Brocho. When there was just a little wine left in the Becher, it was filled again, and so on for many hours. It is called Kos Shel Brocho because a Brocho (Havdolo or Bentching) was recited on it.
