This photo is from before Shazar joined the Rebbe for the reading of the Megila on Purim night 5731-1971. At that time the Rebbe presented Shazar with a beautiful Megila in a silver case and in his honor the Rebbe also for the first time used a silver case for his own Megila, something the Rebbe never did until then. Previously the Rebbe used a simple black cardboard case for his own Megila,
