I’m sick of Rabbis lecturing victims and those that live in the area where crime is a violent occurrence with the usual defend the animals comment. How about advice on how to stop it or self defense. How do you benefit by this generic advice when people are afraid to walk to shul? No once cares that not all Blacks act like this. Enough do that make CH unsafe and violent.
