Do you really believe this means anything? Is Biden a good and moral man because he uses a quote from the Rebbe and has learned what to say while in front of a Jewish audience? Please do not be this gullible.
He is a good speaker!
This is what happens when a shliach uses opportunities, like Rabbi A. Shemtov did riding those Amtraks from DC – Philly, to speak with lawmakers and tell them the Rebbe’s words.
Senator Biden was also on those trains, since he went home to Delaware EVERY night, which says something about him, and learned the Rebbe’s words from the good rabbi during their chats.
Didn’t he say something similar when they were at the White House in the summer?
