A Chabad Lubavitch Shliach in Worcester, Massachusetts, was horrfied to find that his car Menorah was vandalized.
Waking up Sunday morning for a full day of Chanukah activities, Rabbi Yossi Prus found the window of his car shattered.
“It seems like someone tried to steal our Menorah but didn’t succeed, so they hit the car instead,” Israeli-born Prus told COLlive.com.
A complaint has been filed with the Greater Worcester Police Department.
Prus said they are treating the case as a possible anti-Semitic incident.
Directors at Chabad Lubavitch of Worcester on Newton Avenue, headed by Rabbi Hershel Fogelman, said they won’t be deterred.
“We will keep spreading the Chanukah light of goodness and kindness to all,” they said.
