Preschool directors, Shluchim and Mechanchim eagerly await for the annual masterclass dedicated to equipping leaders with the tools to succeed. This year’s masterclass is divided into three sessions, taking place on the first three Wednesdays in August.
“One takeaway for me is to ensure that roles and goals are defined,” shared Rabbi Pinchas Adler, Shliach to Chabad of Pinellas County. “Therefore when I, as the leader, ask another team member to do something, they will understand why I am asking them and not just doing the said task myself.”
Participants walked out of the first session with actionable leadership skills, from learning how to delegate effectively to teamwork tips and a mindset to create positive change both in your preschool and Chabad House. Rabbi Eliyahu Shusterman, Shliach to Atlanta, Georgia shared a powerful message on his budgeting strategy that empowers one to make smart financial decisions.
“This was an exceptionally practical and informative workshop,” said Mrs. Raizy Metzger, Shlucha in New York City, New York. “It provided actionable systems and a wealth of information that is so relevant to our work on Shlichus. In addition to budgeting systems and how to use them , Rabbi Schusterman provided a great perspective on leadership and delegating that will help me in all areas of running a Chabad House. Thank you for such a great session!”
