In honor of Rosh Chodesh Kislev, when the Lubavitcher Rebbe returned home after suffering a heart attack, Rabbi Velvel Lipsker farbrenged at Yeshivas Lubavitch Toronto.
Rabbi Tzeitlen related the story of Simchas Torah and a sicha of the Rebbe was given over by one of the bochurim.
Booklets of the story of Rosh Chodesh Kislev and Megillas Rosh Chodesh Kislev were given out as well.
