Crown Heights families are invited to a Chanukah Ice skating event at Brooklyn’s Prospect Park on Sunday, the 1st night of Chanukah.
The community-wide event is organized by Bais Shmuel Chabad of Crown Heights, which organizes many community events throughout the year.
Two skating rinks will be rented out for the evening (separate for men and women), and participants will enjoy hot latkes, doughnuts and pizza, and ice skating to Jewish music at the Le Frak rink.
The highlight of the event will be the lighting of a giant Menorah.
Sunday, November 28 at 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM
Doors open 4:30 PM, for those wishing to skate from 4:45 – 6:00 pm, so as to make it in time for the Chanukah Menorah parade tonight.
