Self Esteem

Firstly, amazing video as always. Secondly, the message you give is a very powerful one. As a psychologist, I suggest to many clients that suffer from low self esteem that every morning they should look in the mirror and talk to themselves, they should tell themselves the end product before they start their daily activities i.e. how good they are, what they can be, give themselves compliments. This message of celebrating the end product at the beginning is a powerful tool in psychology.

Love the videos
