Episode #42: Levi Krinsky “Breaking into the Gourmet food industry”
Levy Krinsky, owner of the Artisan Bakehouse in Crown Heights, started the bakery several years ago after a bread-making hobby, while working in real estate, turned into a full-time gig.
Krinsky wanted to utilize the front of his store which has a simple decor along with a long “L” shaped bar. His goal was to open a cafe that specializes in the finest homemade breads topped with the finest ingredients. And so the cafe was born.
