A first for Tzivos Hashem in the UK, in addition to their annual Model Matzah bakery which travels around making “Chometz” Matzos, a genuine Matzah bakery was rented and a group baked Kosher for Pesach Matzah.
Baalei Batim came from all different areas to have a ‘hands on’ Shiur on the Halachos of Matzah baking and the significance of Matzah by Rabbi Yossi Simon. They then baked their own matzas for the seder.
With the help of Bochrim Yudel Rader, Menachem Simon and Velvel Tiefenbrun, every 18 minutes was a “change over,” making a new dough and doing it all over again.
The group was joined by Rabbi Mendel Plotke, who came with some of his congregation from Hendon Chabad House.
All who participated will taste the fruit of their labor, taking home six (very) fresh Matzos.
