If the people won’t come to the sukkah, the sukkah will come to the people.
A group of Lubavitch bochurim showed creativity and resourcefulness this week as they took to the Bronx streets.
Instead of driving a sukkah mobile or asking store owners to walk a block or two to bless on the Lulav and Esrog, the Sukkah was wheeled around.
With the high fuel prices, or perhaps the environment in mind, they built a narrow wodden sukkah on two deliveryman’s dolly.
Crown Heights resident Yitzy Wail is credited for the idea.
Along with his sons Simcha and Berel, Wail put the idea into action receving many compliments from local merchants.
The Mivtzoim group included: Yosef Yitzchak Kratz, Eli Kenig, Yoni Har Tzvi, Mendy Shechter, Simcha and Menachem Mendel Stinmitz.
Very nice but its not a new concept at all as a kid growing up in london over 20 years ago there was usually 2 or 3 succah mobiles like this one made per class including ones pulled by bikes
why do they use a [asul lulav ?!
wow.
cool.
new twist.
kol hakavod!!!!!!
its Yitzy Vail and his sons . keep up the good work
