There will be no parking and a number of street closures on specific streets this Sunday due to the Friendship Circle Siyum Sefer Torah.
The Friendship Circle of Brooklyn will be hosting a grand Siyum Sefer Torah this Sunday, 12 Elul, September 7th in honor of Boruch Shneur Chein. Due to the celebration, some streets will remain closed and no parking will be allowed during the times listed below.
3.45 – 4.30pm Carroll St, between Kingston and Albany
4.30-5.00pm Kingston Ave between Carroll St and Eastern Parkway
5.00-6.30pm Service lane on the South Side of Eastern Parkway between Kingston Ave and Albany Ave.
The Friendship Circle invites the entire community to join in the festivities.
Chaim Fogelman will be performing at a kids rally at 4.00pm followed by a grand parade.
