At the tender age of 13, Mrs. Lynda Fishman tragically lost her mother and two sisters in one day. Mrs. Fishman has consciously chosen to live life fully and “give it her all.” Together with her husband, who also had a tragic youth, they have risen above their sad circumstances and created a beautiful, happy, successful and celebrated life.
In her inspiring talk given at the National Jewish Retreat, Mrs. Fishman equips listeners with tools on how to stay hopeful and have faith that life can go on after loss. She shares practical advice and shares her eight happiness-inducing strategies.
This video is a must-watch anyone looking to adopt a more positive outlook on life.

The most amazing, part of the presentation, is her ability to be proud of herself and share that pride, its more gutsy than pretending that she was just blessed.
