South Korea: First Chabad Menorah
A new Chabad Menorah lighting this year: For the first time, a public Menorah lighting was held in South Korea. Shliach Osher Litzman, who arrived there eight months ago, lit the Menorah for a crowd of 100 people. The president of the local Jewish Community lit the candle, and an electric Menorah was lit by the Israeli ambassador.
