Famed Jewish performer Yaakov Shwekey will appear this Sunday, December 20, in New York City.
Following sold out performances in Madison Square Garden, London’s Wimbley Stadium, and Caesarea, Israel, Shwekey will appear in the Beacon Theatre – one of the most luxurious performance halls in midtown Manhattan – and recently renovated at a cost of $16 million.
The show promises to be an extravagant production. Shwekey, not satisfied with a small orchestra, will be performing with a symphony orchestra of fifty musicians, conducted by Yochi Briskman.
Guest appearances by Abie Rotenberg, Yossi Green, Baruch Levine, and Yonatan Razel are scheduled as well.
Yudi Zuller, the show’s executive producer, says he has never seen Yaakov give so much energy into a show’s production. “This show, like the Caesarea show, will be remembered for years,” he says. “Our goal is to try and top the Caesarea Show.”
The show will take place on December 20 at the Beacon Theater in Manhattan. Tickets range from $50 to $1000 dollars. Dozens of charity organizations are joining the big event. For more info or to purchase tickets visit www.shwekeyshow.com
